The first international meeting as part of the "Career counselling - practical approach" project
As part of the „Career counseling – practical approach” project, the Erasmus+ program, on September 22-25, 2022, the first international meeting of partners (Transnational Project Meeting) was held in Chojna. The meeting was attended by delegates from all project partners. On behalf of the coordinator of the Secondary School Complex in Chojna and partner organizations from the Douzelage Association in Chojna, PUP Pomot in Chojna, Selcuklu Mahmut Sami Ramazanoglu Anadolu Imam Hatip Lisesi school and Cesitlilik Icinde Birliktelik Dernegi association from Turkey, from SMART IDEA Igor Razbornik s.p. from Slovenia, from the educational administration of Konya Il Milli Egitim Mudurlugu from Turkey. The visit began with the registration of the meeting participants and a tour of the entire school. Everyone visited the didactic base with interest and admiration: school buildings, classrooms and laboratories, a gymnasium, a multifunctional sports facility with an outdoor gym, the European Garden and shooting ranges.
After visiting the school, the guests took part in biology lessons with elements of forensic science, mathematics, computer science, gastronomy and hotel management. They took an active part in the activities. They had the opportunity to compare education in Poland and in their own country.
Then, the inaugural meeting was held, which began with the welcome of the guests by the Starost of Gryfino, Mr. Wojciech Konarski, the director of the ZSP in Chojna, Ms. Adriana Salamończyk, and the project coordinator, Mr. Janusz Salamończyk. All project partners got acquainted with the aims and activities of the project. Everyone presented multimedia presentations about their organization and how it functions, and briefly talked about it. After the meeting, they went to lunch together.
After the meal, the participants went to the high school graduation room, where they started a debate on the main goals of the project. The activities in the project were divided, the schedule of activities for 2023 was set, and the project packages and intellectual results that should be produced in accordance with the project’s assumptions were discussed. The agenda of the meeting was tight and the deliberations lasted until late afternoon.
The next day, the partners met at the ZSP in Chojna and talked about the project’s internet platform, its management and functioning. They also devoted time to discuss matters and financial documents. After the meeting, which lasted until the evening, there was a gala farewell dinner at the Premier Cru restaurant, where Director Adriana Salamończyk gave each participant a certificate and a small gift.
